Guillen's murder exposed a toxic culture of sexual harassment and danger at Fort Hood. Two dozen soldiers have died at Fort Hood, and many more have found their reports of assault and harassment routinely dismissed. Vanessa Guillen and many other females and male members of the military have reported sexual harassment to their commanders, with no action having been taken.
