Sign now with a click On June 23rd, 2021 Britney Jean Spears testified in a Los Angeles probate court as to the abuse and inhumane medical care she has experienced for the past 13 years as a conservatee trapped within an abusive conservatorship. Ms. Spears detailed how she has an IUD implanted without her consent, and her conservators refuse to allow her to have it removed. Ms. Spears states she wants to "start a family and have a baby," and the conservatorship is not allowing that. The IUD in question is a direct violation of Ms. Spears' unalienable human rights. According to the United Nations, this constitutes involuntary sterilization. This petition seeks to open a full investigation through the appropriate parties into Ms. Spears' claims of abuse as they include serious human rights violations. As stated in her testimony on Wednesday, Ms. Spears feels both her conservators and management "belong in jail" for the abuse they have inflicted upon her for over a decade. While we wait for the California judicial system to police itself on this issue, we are seeking accountability from the appropriate federal agencies and state lawmakers. The #FreeBritney movement is a grassroots, civil, human, and disability rights issue. Ms. Spears pleaded to the public and Judge Brenda Penny for help in escaping this abusive conservatorship and yet, despite her powerful testimony remains under the care of the same people she states have abused, tortured, and traumatized her. We need to act now and replace her court-appointed attorney immediately, which is what Ms. Spears explicitly pleaded for on June 23rd 2021. We demand an investigation into all allegations of abuse as well as a thorough accounting of all excess fees paid from the estate of Ms. Spears since the creation of this conservatorship to her team. YouTube & murder videos

Cameron — Andy has been fighting to get videos of his daughter Alison's murder off the Internet. Alison was shot on live television 6 years ago. Video of her murder keeps popping up on Facebook and YouTube. Andy is fighting to stop this from happening, and wants Gray Television to help him. They own the copyright to the video of Alison's murder. If they give him co-copyright status, he can sue to get video of Alison's murder offline. Sign now with a click My beautiful daughter Alison, a journalist for WDBJ7 in Roanoke, VA was murdered on live television in 2015.  For years now, I have been fighting Google to remove the video of her murder from YouTube.  Google, along with Facebook and Instagram are protected from any liability thanks to a law called Section 230 for which the only exception is for copyright violation.  I appeared on 60 Minutes on January 3rd and described how my life has been affected by Google's ongoing injurious practice.  As I said in my interview, Google's original motto was "Don't be evil".  Now, they are the personification of just that. Equally as immoral is Gray Television, a media conglomerate with major network affiliates across the country.  In late 2015 Gray purchased WDBJ and now owns the copyright to that infamous video.  My legal team at Georgetown University Law has asked Gray repeatedly for co-copyright use that would enable us to sue Google for damages.  A co-copyright agreement would in no way subject Gray to any legal liability.  We cannot legally compelled them, only ask that they do the right thing.  Until 230 is repealed, it's our only recourse to hold Google accountable.   Sadly, Gray repeatedly either refuses or ignores our pleas to grant this request, cynically offering only a worthless usage license--useful only if we wanted to re-broadcast Alison's murder.  As pernicious as Google is, Gray is worse.  I seek your help and ask that you beseech Gray to do the decent thing and provide me the means to bring a modicum of justice to these sociopaths who endanger lives and democracy while monetizing murder videos.   Thanks for your help!   Andy Parker Sign now with a click Visit petition page At Change.org, we believe in the voice of everyday people.
